What to wear?:
Don't worry too much about your shoe selection, after the first class you will have a much better idea of what to wear. For the classes your best choice will be shoes with leather soles, dance shoes or jazz shoes. Try to avoid tennis shoes and sandals with an open back as these do not rotate well on the floor.
Dress code: Guys - Please don't wear sleeveless shirts and please do not wear shorts.
Ladies - Today's fashion make it difficult, but we really appreciate it if you do your best to keep the tummies covered.
All - Please keep "ragged-looking" clothing to a minimum.
What to bring?:
Be sure to bring the directions to the studio as it can be a little difficult to find without them.
Also remember we do not take credit cards so you will need to bring either cash or a check.
You might also include a bottle of water or towel if desired. Allow extra time for parking.

SalsaEddy's mission is to make a simple and fun dance program. Whether it is a long term or not, SalsaEddy class - Salsa For Seniors will definitely be a cool hobby and the Houston Dance Factory a great place to meet and socialize with people who enjoy dancing.

Before you take a look of the classes I offer, here are a few things you need to know before anything...

2) No partners necessary!!!
3) Group Class Policies: All classes must be used during the monthly session. We meet once a week for the next 4 weeks. There are no refunds or carryovers to future months. No Exceptions.
4) Disclaimer: Never force or strain yourself while dancing. Consult with your physician before starting this or any other dance or excercise routine. The teacher, studio and participants in this class disclaim any liability or loss in connection with the class or dance patterns/routines taught therein.
